Paratus Accounting & Payroll Services was formed in 2009 after a 20 year career in private accounting.  Our owner, Todd Hooper, graduated from MTSU with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and did his Graduate level study there. This includes everything from settling the daily credit card machine to preparing multi-million dollar budgets to keeping multi-state companies compliant.

  With the change in the economy we believe that accounting services can give even the small business owners a competitive edge that only the large companies were using.  By making our reports specific to your individual business and not relying on the prepackaged accounting software statements, we can put some real power back in your hands to make informed real time business decisions.

We promise to take whatever time is necessary to learn your business and what is important to you about your business.  Then we will create our reports to reflect the information in a concise, user friendly, easy to read manner.  This allows you to react more quickly to changes in your business and concentrate on the areas of specific interest that affect your bottom line the most.
